Through intelligent assistants, it automates business processes for many companies, including providing instant messaging software, using big data to understand customer needs and managing finances, so as to improve the quality and efficiency of company-to-customer services.

The company’s newly developed product, WATI, is a software that allows multiple users to use one WhatsApp account/number at the same time. It can efficiently maintain close communication with existing and potential customers, greatly improving customer service efficiency.

STAWELL GOLD MINES
