MR. PHILIP HU
Founder and Chairman

Philip is the Founder and Chairman of both FN Capital Management Ltd and FN Management Consulting Co., Ltd. He is also currently the Business Advisor of Fubon Securities (Taiwan) and Sunway Biotech Co., Ltd. He has accumulated many years of rich experiences in wealth management, asset management, mentorship and other investments.

Philip joined Jardine Fleming as Director of Research in 1995. Since 2004, Philip was the Chairman and General Manager of JPMorgan Fleming, and promoted as the Managing Director of JPMorgan in 2007. Philip joined Fubon Group in 2009 and engaged in senior management positions. He was the Chairman of Fubon Securities Investment Services (Taiwan), the Co-Head of Product Function of Fubon Weath Management Group of Fubon Financial Holding, the Chairman of Fubon Asset Management (Taiwan), the Board Director of Fubon Convoy Asset Management Co., Ltd (Hong Kong) and the Board Director of Founder Fubon Fund Management Co., Ltd (Beijing).

MR. JOHNNY CHEN

Johnny is the Executive Director and Chairman of the Board of Convoy Global Holdings Limited, the Senior Advisor of LionRock Capital Limited and an Adjunct Associate Professor of Department of Finance, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Johnny joined the management of Zurich Insurance Group in 2005 and worked in multiple senior managerial roles in the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to joining Zurich, Johnny was an executive member of the Greater-China Management Board and the Operating Committee of PwC, as well as a managing partner of PwC’s Beijing office.

Johnny is currently an Independent Non-executive Director of each of Uni-President China Holdings Ltd. (HKSE Stock Code: 220); Stella International Holdings Limited (HKSE Stock Code: 1836); Alibaba Pictures Group Limited (HKSE Stock Code: 1060); and China Travel International Investment Hong Kong Limited (HKSE Stock Code: 308).

MR. STANLEY LAU

Stanley is the Co-founder of Allied Power Corporate Advisory Ltd, Allied Power Corporate Services Ltd and Allied Power International CPA Ltd. He also served as an Independent Non-executive Director of Ozner Water International Holdings Limited (HKSE Stock Code: 2014) from 2014 to 2020.

Stanley has been working in senior managerial positions with some sizeable organisations and accumulated over 25 years of in-depth experiences in the aspects of management consultancy, capital market and entrepreneur, which also made him a popular guest lecturer in different academic associations such as Chinese University of Hong Kong, City University of Hong Kong, the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Syracuse University and Kaplan Financial Education.

Stanley acquired academic and professional qualifications as CPA, CTA, AAIA, ACIS, CGP, ATHIK, ACS, MAIA, BBA.

MR. DENNIS CHAN

Dennis is the Chief Investment Officer of TC Capital Limited and also the Founder and Managing Director of Denz Capital Limited. With over 15 years of experience in private equity investment, corporate finance, business intelligence, restructuring, IPO and merger & acquisition transactions, Dennis also participated in different investment projects such as Property, F&B, Media, Fintech and AI tech. He has also led strategic planning, corporate governance and provided investment management advice for several high net worth family offices.

Dennis holds academic qualifications in Master of Business Law from the University of Sydney and Master of Finance from the University of Technology, Sydney. Dennis is an active supporter of the community and also an active member of numerous associations including Director of The Beam International Charity Foundation; Committee of The Community Investment and Inclusion Fund Committee, The Government of the HKSAR, and Executive Committee Member of Baoshan District, Shanghai, Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference.

MR. EDWARD WU

Edward is Founder and Chairman of TC Capital Group.

He is a licensed responsible officer under the SFO for Type 1 (Dealing in securities), Type 6 (Advising on corporate finance) and Type 9 (Asset management) regulated activities.
